Autospeed Staff Training

Once again Team Autospeed gathered to undertake their mandatory ORCi annual training.

This year we welcomed some new trainees and a new admin member to our team.

Live fire training was undertaken where the new team members were inducted into the “no eyebrow club” by our steward and trainer Nick Wadge.

The extraction of an injured driver followed, whereby Sam Hooper undertook this task whilst his father Iain acted the role of concerned parent to add some extra spice to the training. Iain's theatrical display was eerily authentic, it must be said.

This training is vital to the safe running of a race event.
We are proud of the work undertaken by Team Autospeed and would encourage all to remember: “No Officials/Marshalls = No racing”.
