Congratulations go to Banger 331 Duncan Kennard!

Duncan won the first race of the winter period by returning his licence paperwork for the 2020 season before all other drivers.  Amongst the barrage of returned forms, etc, it was Duncan's that made it through the mail system the quickest.  Well done Blue!
