Victory in the Tyrone Snell Trophy BriSCA F2 Stock Car final at St Day on 24 May, was the eleventh feature race win at the west Cornwall venue for 676 Neil Hooper , a result which takes him clear in fourth on the list of all-time final winners at the circuit.

The legendary Bill Batten still tops the chart, with 22 St Day finals to his name, but Hooper is now just two feature race victories away from joining Tim Farrell in third position in the table.  The final win also extends Hooper's run at St Day.  He has now won at least one feature race at St Day in each of the last six seasons.

His next opportunity to add to the tally, will come on Sunday 5 July, which is the track's World Championship qualifying round.
