Jon Stoneman

Autospeed are pleased to report that National Banger 901 Jon Stoneman suffered nothing more serious than heavy bruising, during the Crash For Cancer Care event at Smeatharpe on Sunday 18 July.

Stoneman was hit head-on by 191 Ashley Kemble, at the start of a big home straight jacking train at the end of heat two.  Medical assistance was called, and officials helped with an extrication of the driver, from his battered Ford Capri.

Despite being taken to hospital, Stoneman was later released, with a diagnosis of heavy bruising.
