Autospeed have continued to monitor government announcements and followed current advice.  Accordingly, the race meeting at Smeatharpe is still going ahead as planned. The weather forecast suggests it might well be a chilly day on Sunday with some showers.  Yet for the many, many racegoers who have been looking forward to the first short oval race action at Smeatharpe since the new season began, we will see you there, but do WRAP UP WARM!  This is going to be a very exciting race meeting, and we hope everyone involved, drivers, spectators and officials will enjoy the day.
