On This Day - 4th June

On this day in 1989, an entry of National Hot Rod stars converged on Newton Abbot for a World Championship Semi Final.  There were six heats, which brought wins for 718 Colin White, 1 Stewart Morton, 639 Ricky Hunn, 412 Mark Peck, 22 Robert Montagner and 701 Philip Morgan, whilst it was Hunn who went on to take top honours in the feature final.
