Banger Bonanza Cornwall boasts some great action and entertainment during the Christmas holiday at the United Downs Raceway.  As has become traditional in recent times, the meeting will feature a strong entry of Van Bangers.  The Supreme Championship for the Bangers looks set to attract another huge car count, and to complete the line-up, there is a rare outing for Old Skool unlimited cc Bangers.  .Racegoers are reminded of the early start time of 12 noon.

The winner of the Supreme Championship will earn the right to wear the purple and gold chequered roof in 2026.

Drivers have been accumulating points in the Supreme Champioship during the course of the 2025 season, with a view to advancing their grid position for the title race.

The top 24 drivers available from the Supreme Championship points chart will be assured of their place on the grid.
The grid will be supplemented by six more drivers from the Last Chance qualifying heat(s).
Reigning Supreme Champion 206 Matt Brewer will be invited to start from the rear of the grid.

Old Skool Bangers

With considerable talk about a series of race meetings in 2026 for Old Skool Bangers, the meeting will be a forerunner to that competition.

Beacon Medical Fund Raiser

The day will also include a fundraising event for Beacon Medical.  There will be a raffle and a gate collection, to raise funds for uniforms and medical equipment.
