The first race action of the new season at Smeatharpe will see the bulging ranks of the Stock Rods continue their busy start to the year. A revamped series for Old Skool Bangers will set off with its opening round. Completing the line-up will be the Ministox and BriSCA Micro F2s.
Stock Rods
With Smeatharpe as the host venue for the British Championship, in July, all fixtures in advance of that event will carry added significance as drivers tailor their preparations towards the pursuit of the black and white chequered roof.
After a winter break when driver numbers have again been boosted by a welcome stream of newcomers to the class, a large car count of the non-contact Stock Rods is expected.
Old Skool Bangers
Interest and intrigue surrounds the start of a new series for Old Skool Bangers, with the determined promise of a strong car count.
Ministox
The junior racers (11 to 16 year olds) will race at Smeatharpe for the first time in 2026.
BriSCA Micro F2 Stock Cars
The infant racers (7 to 11 year olds) will race at Smeatharpe for the first time in 2026.
