The British Championship will be contested at the United Downs Raceway for the first time in the history of the circuit, some 42 years on from the last time the event was held in Cornwall. The 2 Litre National Bangers will race at St Day for the first time since the season's opening meeting in February. The youngsters in the Ministox will race at St Day for the first time since April, and to complete a truly memorable day, there is a very special Caravan Chaos Challenge, the like of which may never have been considered before.
Recycle
Racegoers are reminded of the recycle plans for clean milk bottle tops - bring on raceday and deposit at the Trackshop. Furthermore, racegoers are reminded that those who bring a reusable drinking bottle are entitled to a discount at the Teas/Coffees hut.

667 Tommy Farrell will defend the black and white chequers he won at Nutts Corner in Northern Ireland twelve months ago.
It was 1984 when the British Championship was last raced for in Cornwall, when Mike James lifted the title at the old Cornish Stadium, St Austell.
2 Litre National Bangers
The action served up by the 2 Litre National Bangers is typically first class, with 562 Jayden James, 208 Kieran Barrett and 648 Jamie Smith regularly featuring in a deluge of crashing. Cornish pairing 11 Grubby Frankson and 53 Chris James invariably add their contribution to the race meetings at St Day.
The meeting carries added significance, as it is the last event for National Bangers with Autospeed before the seeded entries for the Championship of the World at Smeatharpe on 25 July are announced.
Ministox
Sponsored by G & H Motor Repairs Ltd
The youngsters in the Ministox will race under June grades for the first time in the south west.
