Inspired by the array of Ford Fiestas that were used during the More Sparks meeting in September, there has been huge enthusiasm for an All Fiesta Bangers event, and the first Fiesta Frenzy at Smeatharpe Stadium looks like being another fun-filled and action-packed event.  The Heritage Stock Cars are given a chance to race at the circuit after an early season postponement and the infant racers in the BriSCA Micro F2 Stock Cars will make their final appearance of the season.

Fiesta Frenzy

Following the plethora of Fiestas that were raced during More Sparks on 5 September, there has been an upsurge of demand for a day of all Fiesta Bangers. 

Amongst the early entries for Fiesta Frenzy, 303 Josh Jones and 311 Lewis Allen were each race winners, whilst 315 Jack Holmes took one of the More Sparks finals.

There will be bonus awards at Fiesta Frenzy, including Top Trier, Top Entertainer, Most Wrecked Car and some Best Presented prizes.  459 Mitch Brooks was a Best Presented award winner at More Sparks with this stunningly decorated Fiesta.

The Dustcap award at More Sparks went to 797 Scott Clarke, another driver to use a Fiesta that day.  A similar award will be presented at Fiesta Frenzy.

Fiesta Frenzy is set to end with a Destruction Derby.  198 Owen Nichol won the DD at More Sparks, using a Fiesta.

Heritage Stock Cars

Originally, the Heritage Stock Cars were due to race at Smeatharpe on 19 April.  However, that fixture was cancelled, leaving the Heritage Stock Cars without a chance to race at the circuit.  This late season fixture addresses that issue, and with an air of nostalgia, the cars of yesteryear will be in action.

BriSCA Micro F2 Stock Cars

Infant racers (7 to 11 years old)

The youngest group of drivers will complete the line-up, with the fixture being the last of the 2026 season.
