It is history in the making as BriSCA F2 Stock Cars will make their first ever appearance at Grimley Oval Raceway.  As a World Championship qualifying round, a strong car count if expected.  Saloon Stock Cars will also race at Grimley for the very first time, and the line-up will be completed by Old Skool unlimited cc Bangers.

The Nostalgia Trophy

Former racer Mick Whittle, and his daughter Michelle, will be on hand with some splendid trophies as The Nostalgia Trophy goes up for grabs on the feature final. 

Precious World Championship points will be at stake as drivers contest the penultimate qualifying round of the 2026 World series.  After the round at Grimley, there is one more round at Skegness on 30 July, prior to World Semi Finals day at Mildenhall on 8 August and then the World Final itself on 12 September.

Spectacular action will be on the cards as the heavyweight Saloon Stock Cars make their first ever appearance at Grimley Oval Raceway.

The meeting is the last for Saloon Stock Cars before 720 Archie Brown defends the European Championship at Smeatharpe over the weekend of 25/26 July.

Old Skool Bangers

The big rear wheel drive cars are expected in good numbers, with the added attraction of a Wild Card entry into the Championship of the World at Smeatharpe on Saturday 25 July.

When the Old Skool Bangers raced at Smeatharpe in early March, 21 Dean Tompkins took top honours in the meeting final.
