Following the horror crash at Smeatharpe on 29 September, Autospeed have sought an update on the condition of BriSCA F2 Stock Car driver 460 Adam Pearce, direct from bedside in Exeter Hospital.

Adam has been inundated with Get Well Soon messages, and wishes for a full and speedy recovery from the injuries he suffered.  He is most thankful for the concerns shown for his well-being, and asked to express his gratitude.  His condition is described as stable, and the medical professionals will continue to monitor his progress over the forthcoming days.

Update as of the afternoon of 2 October - Adam was released from hospital, and permitted to return home.
